The on-campus Illini Union Hotel, is the official hotel of the University of Illinois. We are excited to host alumni, faculty, and visitors to the only hotel on the Quad! All reservations at the Hotel support student activities and events. Please read through the below to make your booking as easy as possible
CHECK-IN LOCATION
The Illini Union Hotel front desk is located on the Main Level of the Illini Union right inside the North main entrance to the building.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 11am.

Booking Codes for Spring 2027 special events will be released at NOON on the following days.

Special Events
- Special event weekends are pre-pay and require a 30-day cancellation notice for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 30 days prior.
